The thermal deburring machine is a kind of depilator , whose process utilizes  thermal chemical reaction. And in this process, parts needed for deburring should be put into sealed workplace, and then a certain amount of methane or gas and oxygen mixed gases are put into the workplace. Next, the mixed gases in instant reaction release a large amount of heat when fired by the spark plug, and make the burr burn by itself in the high temperature (3000 ℃), high voltage charge pressure (20 times), high speed (8 times the speed of sound), the heating combustion, and then  the goal of deburring is achieved. The original size, the smoothness of the surface,the organization and mechanical properties of the parts have not changed after processing, because the reaction time is very short (0.003 seconds).
